This document is designed to give you an understanding of what is and isn't permitted in our community gathering spaces, including chat rooms, Zoom meetings, forums, blogs and affiliated social groups. Please check back from time to time, as we will review and update the policies as appropriate to reflect feedback received from chat room visitors and the host team.

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as owners, hosts, moderators, contributors and members pledge to making participation in all areas of our site, social groups and online meetings a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

  • Participants must be age 18 or older to visit and participate in our site, chats, forums, and groups

  • You should try to minimize the chances of conflict by being open minded and accepting of others. Understand that we each have a unique set of values, and we are all entitled to our own opinions. Show empathy towards other community members.

  • Conversations and language should be welcoming, inclusive and positive. Always be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences.  Please refrain from polarizing conversations such as religion and politics in the public chat rooms.

  • We're predominantly an English-speaking community but welcome all nationalities. If you find yourself speaking primarily in a different language in the main chat, please PM that person to continue the conversation.
